Chipset for Integrated Line Testing Solutions for xDSL Access
MaxLinear’s two-chip solution, a 16-channel multiplexer and a line card controller, provides a reliable low-cost integrated line testing solution for xDSL as well as G.fast access.
The MLT106/116 16-channel multiplexer requires no external relay, connects up to 16 xDSL / G.fast ports, includes line sensing to perform MELT measurement and offers line testing and wetting with no xDSL / G.fast disturbance. The LTC128/9 includes 8 Smart SLIC-T16 interfaces to control up to 128 xDSL / G.fast ports.
