The MxL9142 is a dual-channel 45GBd differential TIA with AGC and MGC. The linear TIA supports up to 45GBd with typical 2% THD.
The MxL9142 supports up to 5mA of input AC and up to 6mA of input DC. The MxL9142 is designed for coherent optical systems.
