The MxL3705 is MaxLinear's third generation MoCA 2.0 coaxial network controller SoC that can be used to create home networks over existing in-home coax cabling with gigabit throughput performance.
The MxL3705 operates at radio frequencies between 400MHz to 1675MHz, and coexists with satellite, telco, and cable operator frequency plans. The MxL3705 is compliant to the MoCA 2.0 specifications, and is backward-compatible with MoCA 1.1 and MoCA 1.0.
