The VRC7002HD is an HD-SDI compliant, two channel, single-lane PCIe DVR add-in card. It features a S7100 software configurable processor, and can capture two high definition HD-SDI streams and compress them using the H.264 Advanced Video Codec (AVC) High Profile encoder to produce the surveillance industry's best video quality.
The VRC7002HD is also compatible with the company's H.264 Scalable Video Codec (SVC) and can generate encoded streams with up to nine scalable layers. With this flexible mix of temporal and spatial enhancement layers, the encoded streams can be easily moved cross
The VRC7002HD features a standard Application Programming Interface (API), ensuring plug-and-play compatibility with existing installations and rapid porting of third-party applications.
